These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website of Skyline Gardens Development Corporation (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the purchase or reservation of memorial parks, above-ground crypts, and columbaria units. By creating an account, making a reservation, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Eligibility
  • Only individuals 18 years old and above may create an account or purchase property from Skyline Gardens Development Corporation.
  • By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  1. Account Creation

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.
  1. Reservations and Offer to Purchase (OTP)
  • Once a reservation is made, an Offer to Purchase (OTP) will be issued.
  • You must sign the OTP within 30 days of the reservation date.
  • If the OTP is not signed within 30 days, your reservation fee will be forfeited.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • If you decide to back out of the purchase within 30 days of the reservation date, you may request a refund of the reservation fee.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our office or via the contact details provided on our website.
  • After 30 days, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.
  1. Payments
  • We accept both online and offline payments.
  • Online payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways.
  • Payment schedules and amounts will be detailed in the OTP and/or sales agreement.
  1. Transfer of Ownership
  • Ownership of a unit can only be transferred after full payment has been made.
  • All transfers must be processed through Skyline Gardens Development Corporation.
  • Transfer requests are subject to documentation requirements and any applicable administrative fees.
  1. Use of Memorial Parks and Columbaria
  • Use of purchased properties is subject to the rules and regulations outlined in the Offer to Purchase and other official agreements.
  • Skyline Gardens reserves the right to update park rules to ensure safety, maintenance, and respect for all visitors.
  1. Agents
  • If you indicate a sales agent in your account, you agree that your contact details, purchase details, and payment history may be shared with that agent for purposes of managing your account and calculating commissions.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Skyline Gardens Development Corporation and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
  • Our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the reservation fee or unit in question.
  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
